Custom Clip Design

Have a challenging condition that requires a custom clip/connector? Our agile manufacturing processes allow us to create custom products on a daily basis without disrupting operations. We’ll work with you every step of the way, from looking at the Engineering details and figuring out what kind of clip you need, to fabricating your custom steel clip based on your specifications. We can even do load testing should you require it. If you can dream it, we can probably make it.

When is the last time your company reviewed its standard architectural specifications for cold-formed steel to ensure all the information was up to date? Odds are it’s been a while. The Steel Network (TSN) recognizes that updating specifications with the newest information isn’t always a top priority for Architectural firms, but at the same time, it is a critical task that helps to ensure you’re protected and you stay abreast of the newest developments in construction and design. Protective Design Consultation

Protective design requirements for federal and private construction projects are continuously evolving. The Steel Network, Inc. through its subsidairy Applied Science International, LLC (ASI) now offers a new complimentatry Protective Design Consultation Service, to help provide TSN customers with a basic review of their blast and progressive collapse requirements they have on their light steel framing project and provide recommendations on how to most economically address them.
